In short: this website uses no cookies and keeps no data about its visitors. We process personal data only when you write to us (by email, by WhatsApp or with this website's form), when we write to a company to offer our service, or when someone opens a private demonstration we have sent them. We sell data to nobody.

If you visit this website

We use no cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party content: the typefaces, images and voices are served from our own server. The server keeps no access logs.

If you write to us or we write to you

How: by email to contacto@miportavoz.es, by WhatsApp or with the «Contact» form on this website. The form reaches us as an email to contacto@miportavoz.es; to prevent abuse, we keep for 24 hours an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of the IP address it is sent from, not the address itself.

What data: your name, position and company, your email address, your phone number if you give it to us, and what you write to us. If we write to you, we use the contact address your company publishes on its website.

What for: to reply to you, to offer you our service and, if you sign up, to provide and invoice it.

Legal basis: the legitimate interest of offering a professional service to a company at its contact address (article 6.1.f GDPR) and, if you ask us for information or sign up, pre-contractual measures and the contract (article 6.1.b). You may object at any time.

Translation: to read and write emails we are helped by an OpenAI artificial-intelligence model, which translates your text.

How long: correspondence, by email or WhatsApp, for up to 2 years after the last message. If you ask us not to write to you again, we will not, and we note it in order to respect it. Invoices, for as long as tax law requires.

If you open a private demonstration we sent you

When we send a company or a person a private link to a demonstration, we record when the link is opened, from what type of device and browser, in which language, how long the conversation lasts and what questions are asked to the assistant, with its answers. We use this to know whether the demonstration is of interest and to prepare the next conversation (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f GDPR). These details are deleted after 30 days; afterwards only a record that the demonstration was opened remains. The name or label we use to identify who we sent the link to is kept while the link is active and deleted 30 days after it expires or we deactivate it. The voice is not recorded: it is converted into text and discarded.

If you leave your details in the demonstration

In the fictitious development of our demonstration, the «Equipo comercial» (sales team) button opens a form. If you send it, your name, your email or phone number and the questions from the conversation reach Mi Portavoz by email, with a card in Spanish prepared with the help of the OpenAI model. We use them to reply to you about our service. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contacto@miportavoz.es. On our server they are deleted after 30 days; the email we receive is kept like the rest of the correspondence, for up to 2 years after the last email.

Data of a developer's buyers

When our assistant serves a developer's buyers, we process their data on behalf of that developer (article 28 GDPR) and under the contract with it. The developer is the controller, and its privacy policy applies. Conversations are kept for 30 days; the voice is not stored. Contact details are only sent to the developer's sales team if the buyer leaves them in the form and ticks the consent box.

Backups

Every day the server makes an automatic backup of its whole disk (Hetzner, Germany) and keeps the last 7: the oldest is deleted when a new one is made. So data we delete may remain in those backups for up to 7 more days, unused.

Who else sees the data

Only the providers we need to operate:

The contracting entity for OpenAI is OpenAI Ireland Ltd.; if data leaves the European Union, it does so with the safeguards of the GDPR: standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Your rights

You may ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to contacto@miportavoz.es. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
